- Requires an SD card for the database.

BlackBerry Free v/s Paid:
- All features listed below and planned features are available in the BlackBerry paid version.
- The BlackBerry free version allows you to add one account to work with. New contacts, cases, deals and tasks cannot be added but can be viewed and edited. File lists can be viewed but files cannot be downloaded.
- The free version is supported via Ads from the BlackBerry Ad Network to support our development.
- Support for free version is via the support forum. Paid users can access email support.
Features and Functionality:
Dashboard
- Get an immediate overview of all the recent activity with your contacts and deals, the same list that you see when you login to Highrise on the web.
- Lightning fast search – Filter on any keyword (person, deal etc) by typing it in the search bar.
Contacts
- List of all your contacts with Phone and Email details.
- Click and navigate to any contact detail.
- Add or edit a person or organization.
- Mail or call your contact directly from the list.
- Add a note about the contact, view all attachments.
- View emails about the contact, view all attachments.
Tasks
- Lists all the tasks associated with the account.
- View task details.
- Add new tasks and complete tasks directly from the BlackBerry.
- View/Add note about the task, view all attachments.
Deals
- Lists all the deals.
- Add new deals.
- Change deal status.
- View/Add note about the deal, view all attachments.
- View emails about the deal, view all attachments.
Cases
- Lists all the cases for the account
- Click on cases lists to check all case details.
- Add new case.
- View notes about the deal, view all attachments.
- View emails about the case, view all attachments.
Messages
- View all messages for the contact/case/deal/task.
- View all related attachments and download the attachments to view on the device.
Intelligent Refresh
- Auto refresh of data is controlled via a setting. If enabled, data is refreshed if requried. On expiry of the refresh interval, data is again refreshed whenever you go back to that screen.
- You can also manually refresh any screen on demand using the Refresh menu item.
- Work on contacts, cases, deals and tasks even when there is no connectivity. Whenever connectivity is restored, data will be posted automatically to Highrise and errors (if any) are displayed in your dashboard and indicated on the application header.
- Any background sending of data or refreshing of data from Highrise is indicated in the application header so you know when the application is communicating to Highrise.
Settings
- Theme – Personalize your theme with any of the predefined themes that you like.
- Control the auto refresh interval or disable it.
- Free up more screen space by customizing the tabs.
- Set the communication preferences.
