Unvired Leave Request allows users to create Leave Requests directly on SAP and approve pending leave requests of their team members from their mobile device.
The leave requests for approval are automatically pushed to the user whenever required to be approved directly from SAP. The users are notified whenever there are approval requests and can work in a reactive fashion without ever having to check manually on SAP.
Approvals can be performed immediately (in an online fashion) or can be submitted in a background mode. In background mode the approvals are sent to SAP automatically whenever connectivity is available and results downloaded. This allows your executives to work with SAP in an offline fashion even on a flight!
Leave requests can also be created by the employees on the device. The complete leave overview (availed, balance, history) is also downloaded and available on the device.
