Speaker: Steve Skarke is Vice President at Kaneka Americas Holding Inc, and as part of management, is responsible for leadership development and coaching.   He led the Digital Transformation at Kaneka by partnering with their IT leadership and deploying several mobile applications for Enterprise Asset Management and other areas.  Steve excels in providing the direction necessary to generate and deliver innovative ideas and effective solutions in highly competitive, rapidly changing business environments. Steve has served on multiple Boards including The Kaneka Foundation, Texas A&M Chemical Engineering Advisory Council, and East Harris County Manufacturers Association.  He has global experience acrossU.S., Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Belgium.
