An application satisfies a single user role and comprises of one or two business processes that you want to provide on the mobile device. Sales Order creation, Workflow Approvals etc are all examples of individual applications.

Each plan allows you to run a fixed number of applications on the cloud platform. For example the Starter plan allows you to run 2 Applications. This ensures a fair usage of resources among all the users.

Unvired provides a few applications as template applications (or standard applications) that can be used out of the box with your SAP and other systems. These template applications are available to you free and there are no additional charges. If you need to customize the template applications source code is made available and Unvired can also customize it with standard consulting charges.

Unvired provides a development platform that will enable you to quickly build the applications of your choice. Unvired or its partners can also build these applications for which standard consulting rates apply. Please submit a request and our sales team will be happy to provide you a quote.

The data limits mentioned above are based on the minimum users that you subscribe to. For eg in the Starter plan, 25 users would get you 100 GB. The more users you sign up for, the data limit would increase proportionately.

For example if you are downloading and approving purchase orders from SAP on your device, 1 GB could include as many as 200,000 Purchase Orders for each user (Purchase Orders with about 10 to 20 line items each would be around 5KB each) in a month. Or a user could create as many as 30,000 sales orders from the device (including material and customer download) in a month. Or it could mean 5000 dashboards (Large sized Xcelsius Dashboards from SAP with about 200KB of data each) pushed to the device each month, that is more than 15 large dashboards a day for each user. (Note that these are indicative numbers meant only for illustration purposes as each implementation can be different)

Minimum contract period is 1 year for all plans.

You may cancel any time but you will need to pay the fees for the contract period.

Access to the enterprise systems in your landscape can be optionally enabled by installing the Unvired Secure Agent. This provides a safe and secure mode of connecting to your landscape without the need to reconfigure or change your existing DMZ/Firewall configurations. In the Starter and Plus plans you get access to a shared tunnel server (that the agent communicates with) and for the Plus plan you get access to a dedicated tunnel server.
