Mobile Work Orders

Industries with a large installed base of equipment or assets require regular preventive and unscheduled maintenance performed to maximize Asset Utilization. Most of the time, Work order execution is a paper-based process prone to errors. Work orders are provided to the maintenance technician in print form, who captures data on time and material consumed on paper. This data is then re-entered into SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM or other such systems. There is little real-time visibility, and this presents challenges.

Download/access compliance documents, update these documents, and attach the documents to the work order from the mobile device; Store these documents either in SAP or in a DMS (Ex: SharePoint)
Audit work is done with audit notifications in the field and reports compliance from the mobile device
