Alok Pant

CEO

Alok brings with him over 23 years of experience in Enterprise Software, Consulting, Marketing, Alliances, Sales, and Strategy services. Most recently he was Senior Vice President, at NTT DATA (formerly Intelligroup), where he led the company’s Global Marketing and Alliances for over six years. Alok earned his Bachelors Degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, and has a Masters in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron, Ohio as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Srinivasan Subramanian

CO-FOUNDER & CTO

Srini brings to Unvired more than 24 years of experience in business strategy, management, enterprise software, technology, mobility, consulting and product development. Before founding Unvired in 2007, Srini was a Vice President at SAP Labs India in charge of development for SAP’s Supply Chain Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing and SAP xMII solutions. Srini has an Engineering degree in Computer Science from RVCE Bangalore and an Executive Management from Insead, Singapore.

Anup has over 20 years of experience in development, consulting and management working at Tata, IBM & SAP. Anup has handled critical & complex situations with SAP Mobile customer implementations across the globe. Praveen has over 17 years of experience in solution architecture, consulting and product development. He is one of the leading experts in SAP across both functional and technical domains. Praveen has integrated many third-party products and applications with SAP and is one of the few SAP ICC certified integration experts in the world. Prior to joining Unvired, he was a Principal Engineer at SAP Labs Bangalore, India working on SAP Business By Design. He has an engineering degree in Information Technology from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore.

We deployed the Unvired Turbo Forms app on our iPad and Android tablets to collect asset information in the field for electric motors, gearboxes, fans, compressors, pumps, etc.  This was for Inspections of physical asset condition and verifying key information (asset class, rpm, horsepower, and coupling type).  Knowing this information helps with asset condition monitoring, failure mode diagnosis, and executing work orders.  This year we decided to kill paper. Having to manually search through paper files was time-consuming and difficult.  This app has made our lives much easier. Now, we quickly pull up any asset-related information when we need it.
