Manjari joined Unvired about seven years ago and she describes the journey as wonderful.
She joined us as an intern with an exciting learning curve from the very beginning. She has worked on Android native and hybrid apps, which helped her acquire many technical skills. Some of the tools Manjari has worked with are Ionic Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJs, and Angular.
During this period, she was also able to learn time and resource management which boosted her personal and professional development.
Today, Manjari is an Associate Project Manager at Unvired.
A typical working day for Manjari:
As the Associate Project Manager, Manjari spends her day coordinating and collaborating between the Project Manager and the team. She manages the team working on the given project to complete the day’s tasks by establishing a timeline to ensure the smooth progress of tasks, identifying any problems or limitations, and offering her solution to avoid any delay.

For Manjari, the most exciting part about working at Unvired is the latest technology to create innovative and high-quality apps. She enjoys the freedom to work independently, as she directly interacts with clients and receives feedback on the tasks and their delivery.

Overcoming Challenges:
Like everyone else, Manjari sometimes faces challenges with tasks. While working on applications for customers with new technologies, it usually takes time to learn and complete the tasks. But teamwork always comes to the rescue!
“I still remember the day I joined as an intern. I have worked with all the managers here, and they were so patient with me explaining the tasks to a level that I could understand, and then working on them has helped me improve my skills and strengths. Assigning tasks to me that were sometimes quite difficult allowed me to have the chance to expand my knowledge and build confidence in my abilities. It has helped me learn many valuable skills over the past years. I have changed a lot and become a better person inside and out. It gives me great confidence knowing that my hard work is recognized and mistakes transformed into lessons for the future. It feels great to work in such a positive environment where everyone’s opinion matters.“
